First of all I'm new here and I'm not sure if I'm posting this thread in the right section,if it isn't please move it and let me know that.

As you can see in my x-ray I've had most of my lower jaw molars extracted(some years ago) and the bone became significantly thinner and caved in.(Please ignore my other problems,I'm working on fixing them for some days now).So my question is,can I still get bone addition for future implants in those caved in zones? Is it too late?Did the bone get too narrow?Generally speaking, when is it too late to get a bone grafting?

Thank you for your support.
