Jaw necrosis?

Not sure if this is the right place to post. I have been on Bisphosphonates for bone cancer. I've noticed that I suddenly have a numb chin. It feels like when you get a shot before getting your teeth worked on. Is the from the Bisphosphonates? Kind of worried here. No other teeth/gum problems that I know of.

Good day

The best option would be for you to see your dentist as soon as possible with a possible referral to an oral surgeon.
