Issues with Teeth Help!

Lately the back of my teeth the wisdom teeth have been hurting because I think they are coming in. I also looked inside my mouth and noticed a white dot in the back of my mouth as well. Here's some photos what do you think?

I would encourage you to read up on it first to confirm that is what you have. Usually they do not cause any problems.

How do the rest of my teeth look? Do they look bad?

I'm not sure I could give you much in the way of useful information about your teeth based on the pictures you took. You would need to have sharply focused, well-lit and close-up pictures for me to be more helpful. X-rays would be the best, of course.

Completely agree with Dr. Barniv, it's a tonsil stone, you don't have to worry much. And this phenomenon has nothing to do with teeth.
