Is this white spot from teeth grinding?

It looks almost like a line across the side of my tongue / a white spot is visible in the back. Is this from grinding and clenching my teeth and trauma to the tongue?

it's common to get a white line across the edge of the tongue where the teeth meet. This is the top layer of skin peeling off (keratosis) and getting waterlogged, hence the white appearance. In some people it is very pronounced and is called "scalloping".
The spot at the back is not clear in your photo but I assume you are referring to the foliate papillae.

Thank you! That makes sense. I also noticed this cut under my front bottom tooth. Is this canker sore? It’s painful. But I don’t know how to differentiate between a canker sore and something else. If yes, what causes something like this in this location beneath my tooth? Thanks!
