Is this gingivitis? Im very worried

I have admittedly not been to the dentist recently and am due for a clean, I also grind my teeth pretty severely, but I’m worried about my gums. Are they very inflamed? Is this a cause for major concern? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

It looks like there is some marginal gingival inflammation present yes.
I would schedule an appointment with your dentist for a proper scale and polish.
Preferably sooner rather than later.
