Is this a dry socket

I am currently day 4 after having all 4 wisdom teeth removed I have terrible pain on surrounding teeth no bad smell just terrible pain and sore jaw please help

It's hard to see the socket from the image. Since lower wisdom teeth can be more traumatic to remove, your pain experience could just be from that. Make sure you have no swelling.

If painkillers are not controlling the pain, then I'd assume a dry socket and head back to the dentist for a review.
