Just had my wisdom teeth removed 3 days ago and it looks like there’s a tiny gap in front of my stitches on the left side. Is this a dry socket? My right side doesn’t have anything of the sort, but my right side also hurts more. Any help is appreciated.

A dry socket occurs about 3-4 days post-extraction, and is characterised by severe pain that doesn't respond to painkillers, plus bad breath and bad taste. If you don't have these, then it doesn't matter what it looks like at this early stage.
