Is it common for patients to have around 10 root canal treated teeth?
I mean, I know it's not common, but is it like, a rarity? Because I know it's no rarity whatsoever for a person to miss 10 or more teeth, even relatively young (20s, 30s), so why does it seem more rare for people to have many RCTs? Is it because of cost? But in my country they seem to have a fairer cost (I'm in a dental tourism country) and it still seems rare.
Because afaik rarely does a tooth need an extraction when it starts hurting with a cavity, most of the time it just needs RCT right?
I have 7 right now and need 2 more, and will probably need more in the future.
Also, 6 of them were due to sensitivity and sometimes slight pain, not cavities/infection, as well as the 2 on the list. I'm guessing this is even less common?
