Irritated Gums?

    Can a sinus infection cause gums to feel irritated? mine feel like they are
    tingling or have pressure on them around my upper central teeth and on the
    left hand side teeth too. I can't see anything wrong with my gums but it is
    very irritating and sometimes feels like it affects the teeth too. Taking
    sinutab at the moment and for a few hours it goes away and then comes back
    just the same as before. I can wake in the morning and it isn't there, but
    an hour or so after getting up it comes back again.

    I'm having an op within the next couple of months to open up the sinus
    passages as well as correct a deviated septum.

    Of course there is no way to tell your teeth are not responsible for

    have your dentist rule out a dental cause for this pain.
