Instrument name/usage

    Hi fellow dentists/ dental students! If anyone can help me out in figuring out name and usage of this instrument will be highly appreciated!

    The quality of the image is making it hard to tell, however it looks like a Peeso Reamer.

    Not Peesos, as they would have a much longer blade. More like Gates-Gliddens. Sometimes used for enlarging root canal orifices, or to start off a post prep through existing gutta percha. Come in sizes 1-4 with marking along shaft.
