how to make a good impression? my impressions always come out with missing teeth or very attached to the spoon, sometimes the gum also needs to be marked more.

Make sure you have enough material in the tray, and that the material is mixed thoroughly according to the manufacturers instructions. Also follow the correct mixing and setting times. Apply enough pressure when putting in the impression tray.
