Question 1

I removed my top left canine tooth root, 7 days ago in preparation for implants as the three teeth behind that one behind are also missing. The Specialist Dentist said I must wait three months before putting the titanium screws into the bone
I have just been to my regular dentist who does not do implants (but wanted to refer me, to an Implant specialist ) My dentist said . the canine tooth should have a temporary post inserted after five of six weeks otherwise the bone could shrink too much and then there may also not be enough bone to do the implant.then proceeded to say patients went back to him when the implant work was not done as it should be..

Could I have some advice please on which of the dentists is correct ?

Question 2

Another dentist abroad said the implants could be done in one day does anyone know if is that possible please ?

Many thanks for any help
