Implant delay

Hi all
Iv planted my implant roots ( fixtures ) both 7's on up and the other down and have no 8's * their the last tooth both

If i delay putting on the crown like for a year ....or two.............would it cause any troubles ? Like the fixture getting out of alignment or moving in its position or similar problems ?

A year or two should not cause any issues. If left for a longer period though, the implants could fail due to non function. There have been studies that has shown that an implant should be in function, to maintain the bone and tissue levels surrounding the implant.
