After i intalled my implant crown on the 7Th Upper mollar its a little but protruded out ....
Imean its height is a little bit too much and when i shut my jaws i can feel it and its preventing the other teeth to fully seat on each other.......* not that much but very very little

When i chew someting semi hard like bread i feel the pressure on that crown and underneath it...............

Do i need to visit my dentist to trim it by cring a little ubt out of the surface ?
Or after some while the tooth and also the other tooth opoosing and facing it would change their position a little bit so they would fit and seat on each other nicely ?
Thanx a lot

I would go back to the dentist to check the occlusion. Most likely a minor adjustment needs to be made. Any continuous excessive pressure on the crown, can lead to bone loss around the implant over a period of time.

There is a chance that the root canal treated tooth might wear down over time, but there is no definite time-line here. It depends on a lot of factors. There is however a chance that the malocclusion could lead to joint pain or head aches in the mean time, and if the root canal treated tooth takes a lot of pressure, and there is no crown, it could also fracture, leading to possible extraction. Best to have it adjusted.
