Hello, I had an implant placed on #14 and a year larger had pain in 13 on side adjacent to #14 in which could bot be cleared identified. a RC was done and then less that a year later I developed a response to heat over the over the tooth, pain on percussion and bite pain. 1 scan later amultiple opninons it was concluded that I likely had a vertical fracture on side adjacent to implant (smae place as pain prior to rot canal). I had the tooth removed and an implant placed. The implant is casuing pain and irritation on the side adjacent to tooth !2 and when it was loader with a crown for only 5 day that became worse. IT was removed and now I am back to not know why the implant on side closer to 12 still hurts. I think there is lack of bone support- boen is too thin on this side and when loaded it is even more stressed. I dont want my nex tooth 12 to fracture. I see there are studies on this out there . Any thoughts expereicnes. I do have bruxism but even with a occlusal guard it still doenst stop the issue compeltely.
