I have stains on my teeth that suddenly appeared.

It started with one tooth and now I see that 2 others have similar, albeit less obvious stains. What is this stain? And why did I get it? This is truly frustrating.

P.s I don't know if this matters but I'm a 21 year old female. Never had any dental issues previously.
