Hpv on gums and tongue? Oral cancer?

Is this hpv or cancer? I have seen pictures similar that say this is papillomasis of the gums and now I’m freaking out.
I have been dismissed by dentists who really just have no clue. No biopsied taken. Freaks me out guys.
