What are all of your feelings on how to handle complaints?
I had an experience a few years ago where my tongue got drilled and it hurt quite a bit. I later approached the dentist about it and asked him what to do for it.
Without discussing who is right and who is wrong, I'm curious what your opinions are on how problems should be brought up with the dentist. This is assuming, of course, that the patient sincerely wants a resolution and isn't threatening legal action or just trying to make a point or something.
