How do I rebuild mandibular jaw?

Over the past 2 years, my face has shrunk in half. Some was due to bone resorption and I'm in the process of getting implants. How do I rebuild my bottom jaw? Is there anything I can do? BESIDES cosmetic implants!

The bottom arch are all crowns.... so, the real tooth is still there. Top is 5 front crowns, 4 implants and soon to be 4 more implants (they just did the abutments about a month ago). Sorry..... had an eating disorder a long time ago, hence, the teeth

If you lost the upper teeth a while back, you also most likely lost some bone. The loss of bone, does lead to loss of cheek support in the area. Unfortunately, if it is a loss of bone to a large extent, you won't be able to get that cheek and lip support back fully.
I would wait until all the implants are placed and then re-evaluate.
