I have been considering for some time to get into the dental field, possibly starting as a dental assistant.
My question is my teeth are a mess, it was not a priority growing up so now i'm kinda stuck with really bad teeth. Am I justified in my concern that it will affect my ability to get a job in a dental practice? I would hate to spend the time and money on any classwork and not be able to get hired due to my bad teeth.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
