Help!

I have red lumps all over my gums and now my teeth have moved considerably, leaving my with a large gap between the front ones (one is loose now). They bleed when I brush them and are very painful. I am very frightened of the dentist but realise that I have to do something very quick before they fall out! If I have to have them all removed and have dentures do they put you to sleep to do this as I don't think I could handle being awake and also do they fit the dentures at the same time.

Well, you've have to at least go for an examination to find out what your problems are, and what options are available. No-one can force into accepting treatment.
