Can these be fixed? And what would be done if I got braces put on

Definitely can be fixed.
Speak to your local orthodontist about the process.
You can always go to Youtube and search the process for getting braces. Theres plenty of educational videos online.

My brother had worse teeth than that before he got his braces (he had pretty big spaces between teeth) and his are fine now. You'll be fine
