Hi! I'm a dentistry student I have my practical exam coming up. This is my exam tooth (1st premolar) - I haven't seen the patient yet myself so unfortunately I haven't done a pulp test but it should be vital, would you say that this will extend to the pulp or not? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am worried it will be very deep. Does the periapical area look sound? The tooth is symptomless.
