I started taking antibiotics yesterday afternoon, then my swollen gums caused by broken tooth is quite ok not hurting that much. then i knew antibiotics starts working around 24-48 hrs. then right now it is hurting real bad. Does that mean the antibiotics are doing its job fighting off the bacteria? because if so then ill just toughen up, but if not then ill go to dentist immediately
