I'm new here. Thanks in advance for the support.
Monday my dentist took X-rays of a broken molar,
I wont use the right words here.
My tooth roots go up deep into my sinus. He made it sound
like there definitely WILL be complications. Can anyone refer me
to a member post that is similar.
Im a scaredy cat, and it will all be fine.

What is the plan? To extract the broken molar? If so, and there is close sinus proximity, then it best to have the extraction performed by an oral surgeon.
