Patient 60 years old presented with pain on UL quad. No perio, no decay, after taking CT scan - root fracture # 12, bone resorption # 13.
Two year later same symptoms of pain on UR quadrant, CT scan shows root resorption #3 , fracture of the root #4.
Please share your diagnosis and experience.

Depends. Was there trauma? Bruxism? What did the x-rays look like. Need more information.
