Has the clot came out?

Its been 24 hours and it looks like the clot might of came out??

Sometimes the clot does come out. This is not to say that you will experience complications. Keep an eye on the area. If the pain does not subside, but increases and you have a bad smell or taste in your mouth, then that would be a valid reason for a follow-up with your dentist.
