What does it mean when a dentist says you have. A hard bite? Hard to figure out or hard to align? I asked and basically get told it's common for people.
A hard bite might mean that you are a bruxer and tend to grind your teeth, or have high occlusal forces on your teeth, that might lead to some damage or tooth wear.
