My fiance suffers from fluorosis that first started when she was a child. For the past two months she has been undergoing whitening treatment with her dentist, to include having her teeth abraded. For the past two weeks she has been using GCMI paste twice a day, in the morning for a few minutes and overnight. Following the abrading she was instructed to avoid foods/beverages that could stain her teeth, such as wine, chocolate, coffee, etc. Her last abrading was done on Monday and she avoided those foods/beverages until last night and this morning (Thursday). As of yesterday her fluorosis had faded and her teeth looked great. However, today she noticed that her teeth were uniformly yellow on the both the top and bottom and not just where the fluorosis used to be. She had visited the dentist to have bleaching trays molded this morning. She is picking up the bleach tomorrow.

The real problem here is that we are getting married next week which leaves no time to for any significant fix. The questions I have are:
1. What could have caused this?
2. Is it possible that bleaching can negate some of the yellowing in a week?
3. Could this possibly be a side effect of the molds that were done for the bleaching tray?
4. Is there any immediate treatment that could be done beyond the bleaching that would help?

Thanks.
