Fluorosis or Plaque

I just got deep cleaning done. When i came home and saw my teeth there were still some spots left. I called my Dentist to ask about that and she told me that they were due to fluorosis. I am just nervous and wish to confirm if it's actually fluorosis and not plaque. Alao can someone please comment on my gum health?

This is definitely fluorosis. Your gum looks normal, and no obvious inflammation is seen on the photo provided.
