I have 2 lower right jaw adjacent molars 31 & 32 which I am advised need extracting based on a 3D scan (one is crowned) and after pain and a course of antibiotics.
Is it best to have them both extracted at the same time or one after the other with a short interval to allow the first extraction site to heal a little and also to still be able to chew on the remaining tooth during the initial healing process for the first extraction socket ?

It would be less traumatic to get both teeth out the same time.
