I thought this hole time I would erupt premolars it is actually a year molar that never erupted. The premolars were actually bridges attached to the roots behind and in front. What should I watch for as it erupts should I even allow it to finish erupting it looks healthy not breaks no pain either or cavity's. Just brushing. I forgot to add it is the 2 year molar that is erupting not a adult one for some reason I am thinking they were impacted by the bridges.

No I dont have x-ray but it is poking through the gum were the bridge was attached to the front tooth its how I can tell it is a baby tooth that took out the premolar bridges.
