Dr said it was a viral infection, but it just keeps getting bigger

I’m having numbness where this lump is. Taking acloviyre and pus is starting to reduce but lump is getting bigger. Started happening about 7 days ago and began when my wisdom teeth started coming in again

Hard to say just on photo alone. It's in the right place for intra-oral herpes, but more swollen than I would expect. Are you really getting pus out of that? If not sure, get a 2nd real-life opinion.

This is what it looked like this morning. I’m on antibiotics which seem to be helping, but the numbness and the lump I can feel with my tongue is worrying me. Saving up money for a dental exam
