They have been hurting for 2 days now.. I don't know what it is. I have bad anxiety and over analyze everything. Help? 
Do you think these are just canker sores?

Yep. Best stuff is a corticosteroid ointment in a waterproof base, Kenalog in Orabase. Hold out your cheek, dry off the ulcer, and using your pinky apply a small amount of ointment to cover the ulcer. Don't rub it in or it will flake away. Canker sores (apthous ulcers) are not infectious and are thought to be some type of immunological problem. Most of us outgrow them.
