I’m going in a few weeks, but it doesn’t look malignant or pre malignant?From the image it looks fine. You need to have x-rays so the dentist can see the bone health and internal anatomy.
Is that super thick white lesions?Not from the images. A full exam will be more complete. It is very rare to have malignant lesions. The most common pre-malignant lesions are callouses (hyperkeratotic tissue) in the mouth.
