Disgusting pain

Hey everyone advice is needed the gum area under my bottom hurts it's like a dull stabbing ache and now it's spreading to my ear I can't get a appointment till 2 days time. I have no idea what it is. But I suffer from terrible anxiety and it says tooth pain can kill
You now I'm really scared
