Dear Forum,
I had a crown come off the other night. My dentist says that it is decayed, and that it needs to be pulled, and cannot be saved. I have been reading about preperations for implants, and some say that a filler material should be added to the sockets in the bone to better help healing. My dentist does not do this. Is it necessary? Does it add much to the price? I will have to go to a specialist, I think.
Thank you!
Mike
