Crooked and lopsided smile after wisdom tooth extraction

Hi guys!
Roughly three hours ago I had both my upper wisdom teeth extracted.
I needed more local anesthetic on the right side as I could still feel a bit of pain while my doctor was attempting to pull my tooth out.
It’s been three hours with no improvement, my smile is still extremely crooked and it looks ridiculous. Does anyone know the cause of this and how long it can last?
Maybe I’m just a paranoid hypochondriac but I’m hoping it isn’t permanent. Any responses would be greatly appreciated. Since the practise is closed now I’m going to call tomorrow if there is no sign of any change. Until then you guys will have to be my source of info on this.
Thank you
Zee.

During my root canal I had to have an extra big dose of anaesthesia and I had the wonky smile for about 6 hours afterwards. You should be fine by the next day
