Could I be starting to have dry socket?

I just had my bottom right wisdom tooth extracted at 17 about 18 hours ago, one of my stitches came lose and I'm scared that i might get dry socket, there is a visible hole with no blood clot, I'm also a smoker and I wanted to know what would be the safest time to start smoking again
