Concern 5 days after molar extraction

I’m not sure where to post this but I need advice as I’m paranoid. I got my molar pulled out on Tuesday (writing on Saturday) and the hole is white?? I’m petrified of dry socket. Can someone tell me what this is? I’ve attached a picture please any advice is appreciated sorry for the quality

A Dry socket is usually accompanied by severe pain and a bad taste or smell. If you don't have any of these, then most likely you are fine. As a socket heals, the colour changes from yellow to pink. The yellow is most like granulation or scar tissue that formed.

So I shouldn’t be worried? It’s not severely painful it’s just a throbbing pain

If you don't have severe pain, then I would be a bit more patient. Most likely the pain you are having is just normal surgical pain. If the pain increases however, I would suggest going for a follow-up.
