Was it ok in the past to first use listerine and then immediately use act mouthwash in order to kill bad breath and further prevent cavities or would using act immediately after listerine affect act's performance? Or should one have waited 30 minutes after listerine to use act and then another 30 minutes before eating and drinking?

Using Listerine followed immediately by ACT might not cause immediate harm, it could potentially reduce the effectiveness of ACT due to interference from Listerine’s ingredients. Therefore, it is advisable to wait at least 30 minutes after using Listerine before applying ACT mouthwash for optimal results in combating bad breath and preventing cavities.
