I’ve had these bumps on the floor of my mouth since as long as i can remember. I first noticed them when i was 14 y.o. Now i’m 18. It seems they dont change in size and dont hurt.
They appear like normal saliva duct orifices. Nice that you examine yourself thoroughly although your risks are fairly minimal unless you are a heavy tobacco and or alcohol user.
