can anyone tell me what I need done?

When I was a kid a dentist told me I wouldn't need braces, but this was something that could only be fixed when I was at least 17 because my mouth would outgrow anything they did then to fix it.

the bottom row is fine to me, its just the gaps in the top row that bothers me, I want to get it fixed but I'm not sure what has to be done or how much it's gonna cost.
