Can a Permanent Crown be adjusted after 5 weeks?

I had 2 permanent crowns put in about 5 weeks ago and I feel they are off and need to be adjusted. Here's my question though. Do permanent crowns became unadjustable at a certain point? Because I'm worried since it's been 5 weeks that he will need to remove them and do the whole crown process (temporary-permanent) all over again. Is this a valid fear?

P.S. It might seem weird that I would just be noticing recently but I have so many chronic health problems going on it can be hard to notice everything.

What type of crown is it? Porcelain? Zirconia? Usually the crowns can be adjusted a bit. You just need to make sure they don't become too thin, because then they can fracture.
Sometimes you can adjust the opposing tooth as well.

I don't know which type of crown it is, but judging from your post it sounds like the crowns should be adjustable most of the time. I assume the dentist will be very careful to avoid fracturing though I guess occasionally it does happen. Let's just hope it doesn't. In the meantime I don't see him till next week so I'll just try to worry about other things and keep my mind off the crowns.

P.S. Thank you for the help, I feel a lot better about the situation now.
