No discomfort while eating or swallowing, however if I press on it with my tongue it does cause some very mild pain; I've had it for about 2 days now.. Would appreciate any sort of insight!
Did you injure yourself in this area? It also looks like you might have an impacted wisdom tooth on that side. I would suggest taking an x-ray at your dentist to evaluate this area.

Sorry for my late reply, I hadn't gone on this site for awhile-- But thank you! The bump eventually went away on its own, and you were right about the impacted wisdom tooth haha.
