Hi there, here's my story:

- 12 weeks ago I had a very deep feeling on my last molar in the back of my top left side
- 7 weeks ago the tooth started hurting really really bad
- 6 weeks ago the tooth was drained (pulp taken out)
- 4 weeks ago the tooth was root canaled by an endodontist
- 2 weeks ago the tooth was prepared for a crown
- 1 week ago I started to notice a "bump" on my gum above the tooth, please see pictures attached

What could this be? I'm freaked out about all the information online about the focal infection theory and how root canals can be the cause for systemic illness. Do you know what this bump could be? it doesn't hurt, it's just there and I can feel it with my tongue and finger...
