Broken tooth on 15 year old

Anyone know how this will be fixed and if so in what way?

If the nerve is exposed, most likely a root canal with a crown. If not, then a filling can be done to build it up, with a crown at a later stage, due to big fillings having a higher risk of fracture. Any pain on this tooth?
