Bright Spot in Vision After Root Canal Has Anyone Experienced This?

I’d like to ask endodontists if anyone has encountered a similar case?

I recently had a root canal treatment on a lower left molar, performed under local anesthesia using Ubistesin Forte (which contains epinephrine). My dentist told me that each cartridge contains 1.7 ml and that he used about three-quarters of it.

Shortly after leaving the appointment, I noticed a bright spot in my vision, visible only in my left eye, especially when moving my eyes. The next day, I saw an ophthalmologist who found a small cluster of proteins at the back of the eye. I explained that the symptom appeared right after the dental procedure. He said it’s possible that the epinephrine caused a temporary spike in intra-ocular pressure, and the eye may have reacted by forming that cluster, but he couldn’t confirm this as the definite cause.

What is certain is that the visual disturbance appeared immediately after the dental intervention, from the first minutes.

My question is:
Has anyone experienced or heard of eye-related issues following a root canal treatment or local anesthesia?
