Blue bump inside lower lip

I have had a bump for quite some time inside my lower lip. I just noticed today now that it is blue and color. I am super worried about of course oral cancer.

It is not to say it is oral cancer. It could be trauma related, due to an area where you bite your lip.
Try and be observant and see if you are injuring yourself unknowingly. If it doesn't disappear, you can go to the oral surgeon to have it checked out, and possible biopsied.
Are you a heavy smoker or alcohol user?

It does not look sinister based on the photo. The only way to know for sure, is to biopsy the lesion.
