Black spot on recently filled tooth

I had a filling on this tooth that came out, so they refilled it about 4 months ago. It has been more sensitive since then and slightly sore, but I don’t really notice it most of the time. Is this dark spot something to be concerned about? I have a regular cleaning scheduled in a couple weeks so plan on just letting them know then.

Does look like it might be a cavity. Let them take an x-ray of the tooth during the cleaning. Might need to extend the existing filling to include that area.
